Ordering Prints or Products From These Photos

To order a print or photo gift, click the "buy photo" link above the gallery display box, and it will go into your shopping cart, where you can finish up the order when you're ready.

I've chosen to have all my SmugMug prints made on Fuji Lustre paper, which combines the tonal depth and sharpness of glossy with the reduced reflection and fingerprint resistance of matte.

Once you're in the shopping cart, you will choose whether you want a print or photo gift, and see a price list. You will also have the opportunity to crop the photo if you have ordered a different size ratio than the original.

Most of my originals are in the 2x3 ratio (same as 4x6, 8x12, 16x24, etc). Some of these would lose important compositional elements if cropped to a different ratio without an eye to composition. To prevent problems with cropping and other choices made during the checkout, the order will be delayed for up to two days so that I have a chance to check it over and make sure everything is OK.

Some photos will lose their compositional ingegrity if cropped to a different size ratio, like an 8x10, for example. The solution is to use a custom frame size to fit the original ratio. I will be posting information and resources for framing in the near future.

SmugMug unconditionally guarantees every print. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just Email them within 30 days for a refund or reprint. And if the print came from one of my photos, I'd like to know about it, too!

A few of my photos (mostly flowers) have color ranges that exceed the accurate rendering capability of SmugMug's Fuji printer. You can still have SmugMug print them, but some of the color areas will appear "washed out" compared to the images on your screen. These particular photos are noted in the captions, and will not go through the shopping cart unless I specifically allow that option.

If you want a good print from one of these photos, contact me and I will arrange for West Coast Imaging to make a beautifully rendered print (with all the colors!) and send it directly to you . It costs a bit more, but maintaining those gorgeous colors is well worth the investment.
